4 Seasons Nails in Wauwatosa, WI

Ugh! It's the day before Mothers Day! Can't get my personal nail tech, so I will venture off. Okay, today I went to four different salons! PACK! Well hours later, I go to the mall salon and was told 20 mins/ 40 mins later I'm directed to a guy ( I hate guys, they have no couth) First I notice he seemed to be irritated. He grabbed my hands and I pulled back. Then when he started using the filing machines they was burning so I say... Hey, that is too hot! Then he started removing some of my nails that was lifting and snatched my own nail off!!! I went off‼ So the head lady comes talking about he didn't do this or that and talking they language. So he apologized and gives me a lower price for my nails. at this point my nails look terrible! I had no choice but to finish! I was so angry. Then I look at his table and his station is a mess!!!!‼Damn! I look at him and he looks a mess! He kept pausing, this man was dosing he act like he was on something! This place SUCKS!!!!! Never never never will I patronize this place! I don't care HOW bad I need my nails done! I should have slapped the taste out of his mouth! And oh my nails looks like it's been 2 wks already! They look terrible! I give them a -2000 in ratings! They do a GOD-AWFUL JOB‼

Came in for a pedicure with my mom since we were in the area for her birthday... however the pedicure felt extremely rushed and overpriced. My mom didn't even get all the services included in the pedicure she paid for which was the highest one! As for me, the tech slanted one of my nails.. and when i mentioned it for the tech to fix it, she shoved my hand away and kept pointing and saying "that's your toe". In all the years i've gotten my nails done Ive never had anyone mess up and blame my nail for being slanted lol. She then chucked in my face before she reluctantly fixed it. The whole conversation was extremely rude. And considering I just got my toes done 3 weeks ago at another shop and had no issues with my nails being so called slanted because of my toe... all she really had to do was go off of the last techs work. Regardless, we won't be back I do not recommend this shop. Work is messy she got gel on my calf idk how that happened and roughly rubbed it off with a used towel. Only good this was the service was quick so if you are in a rush I can see why you would stop here... but then again, it's not relaxing or "spa like" at all.

If you're looking for pricing-- Gel polish change: $25; $30 with tip. Though on the inexpensive end, most nails places charge around $25-32, and I hope you go elsewhere! This was my first time, and I only went so my husband could shop at the mall without me seeing the gifts he was buying. To start, I am surprised by how uncleanly this place is. The nail file and buffer used for my manicure had clearly been used on other people prior (this is even more gross because I got there right when they opened, so who knows how many days the tools had been used without cleaning). The counter top my hands were on was very gritty/dusty (likely with other peoples' nail filings). She did not soak my nails to get the previous gel polish off; just scraped the polish off, which obviously ruined the nails underneath. She would not give me the color I asked for, but did offer suggestions for similar colors. She chose a VERY light color instead of the one I asked for, and then told me she will only do one coat. Luckily I noticed this after one nail was painted, and had her switch to a different color. The overall product looks like a child did it-- the GEL polish is all over my hands and not even smoothly placed on the nail. It has been 24hours and the polish is already coming off on some nails (and polish on the other nails wasn't even applied to the full nail). I will not come back EVER.

I went there twice. First time I asked for rounded nails. The lady did square cut nails. Ignored me when I kept saying no, I want rounded. Went back a few months later, different person. I was very clear, I did not want gel polish. And she did gel polish. When I, again, kept saying no I was told oh, well now I have to pay for the gel polish, and then pay for it to be removed and pay a third time for regular polish that I originally requested. That wasn't happening. I am an easy person to please, I give most things 5 stars. So for a 1 star? It's not good. I will never go back.

NEVER AGAIN!! Came in to an almost empty shop. My daughter wanted a pedicure so we signed in. The staff said I had to wait outside since I wasn't being serviced. Keep in my mind daughter is 13. A minor and I stay close to her when in public. A white last was sitting in the same shop with her minor daughter at the same time. I asked them, "What about her, she's sitting here and not being serviced, what's the difference?" Oh, her daughter is almost done. I'm black so not sure but never again!!
