This salon is incredibly unprofessional. Usually the average haircut time for me is within 30 minutes. This was barely 10 minutes. The lady who cut my hair didn't prop my chair, didn't tie the white paper around my neck. She threw on the cloth and I had to unravel it myself because it was all twisted. Unraveling it myself isn't that bad but with everything else, it just made it look worse for her. I show her a photo of what I want and she said "yeah so just clean it up then" in a sarcastic tone because my hair was incredibly messy and I believe she thought I was poor or something. She put no effort into my hair cut and didn't even know I had scheduled a wash and cut. And when she put gel in my hair I asked if she could part my hair and she told me to do it myself. Also just to add, the entire haircut (10-12) minutes there was absolutely no words that came from her mouth. Never coming back, and in all honesty this place was a wake up call for me to start going back to my barber which is THE SAME PRICE and makes my hair look incredibly professional and clean. Complete opposite for this place. Garbage.

You would be better off cutting your own hair rather than going here. Stylists will cut off inches of your hair without checking with you first.. I feel like it's usually customary to hold up a certain amount and then confirm with the customer that it's a good length. I wanted a significant amount cut and we agreed we would start slow and cut more little by little but that didn't happen. He literally cut 6 inches right off the bat without me knowing and that was already much shorter than I wanted and there's no going back now. I'm very disappointed, just spend more money and go to a better salon
