Horrible experience my nails hurt. Ralph didn't attempt to shape my nails he used his own nail to take my previous nail off, seriously health concern. Don did my nails the previous time and it was great but Ralph was inpatient and rude

Good service ! The nail tech Don was amazing with his work! I really appreciate the time and he takes in to doing the job to perfection! Means so much when you're using money you work hard for! Definitely coming back! For fills and full sets !

NEVER AGAIN! Can't keep appts!!! Dirty as hell! Can't even get a acknowledgement walking in the door. Poor poor customer service. Especially for a mediocre nail salon. I don't know how they keep this place running! Spend ur money somewhere else. Not worth the shitty service you get there. Only reason it even got a one star is because I had to choose one. To post this! Thanks Don and Jason you lost me as a customer. Clean up your nasty shop up!

Definitely need better staffing on a busy Saturday afternoon. Only three nail techs working. The fumes from the nails being filed was overwhelming. We should have left, but I wanted a manicure. The tech that gave me the service stopped midway through to give another customer a brow wax. Stopped midway through? The manicure was just Ok, no real hand massage. To top it all off they charged me a dollar fee to run my credit card. If they're so busy the fees are taken care of by volume. I won't be back

If I could give them no stars I would.. For there lack of nail design they could not simply put cheetah print on my nails, it took 2 techs to attempt and failed horribly. And a 3rd tech stated he personally didn't like to do designs that's terrible to hear from a certified tech. A legit nail shop you would think they would take pride in creating art or glam on your nails. So I had to walk out with simple nail color and I spent 2hrs here. I wish I took a pic but my battery was low... I would dislike this to happen to you... Beware... I definitely won't be returning.
