Ask what you are going to be charged before they start. It says $26 and up for wash and cut They charged us 26 and another 23 to blow dry it. I'm not sure how it got so expensive for a cut and blow dry. When I asked about it, she said it was more because she used a round brush. Really? When we asked for a receipt they said the credit card machine was not connected to the register so no receipt. Tried to contact corporate office and no response. Will never suggest them to anyone.
My girlfriend went to get her hair dyed and was immediately rejected AND was TOLD....yeah, TOLD, to go to 'Wal-mart' salon next door to go get what she wanted. That's the story...my girlfriend went to this location and showed one of the 3 girls in working a picture of style she wanted to try. Without barely considering, the girl said, "We don't do that here, you'll have to go to Wal-Mart." This is HORRIBLE customer service....She was not told anything else or even explained to, WHY they weren't able to do the style she wanted. Just sent away with a very harsh and rude "NO" and directions to another business....
I would rate it zero Star but I can't, I went yesterday to get my haircut on my lunch break and showed the lady aka Faith a picture on how to cut my hair, suppose to be short on the sides and long on top, a simple undercut and she cut it all off, very very disappointed, please do not go here you will regret it!!! Lady does not know what she is doing!!
I am very happy with my service. Can do guys and gals, little ones to big ones everything inbetween. I see Michelle to cut my hair. But there all very good and very nice. Also for the ladies they do it all from dying, to perming, to highlights.
