This place should be closed down like TODAY . I dont even know why this business is still operating. Place is a joke my daughters can do a better job blind folded came all the way from ny for this really bad service. Not even the worst place in new york would do this horrible . Please if you're reading this dont come here i promise its a BIG WAIST OF MONEY...
I was hurt very badly at this salon. I left with both feet bleeding!! I don't recommend them to anyone!!! I said to the lady that she was hurting me, she said it was because the file was new. After reading the other reviews I see that I am not the only one. I will also be calling the health department. This shouldn't keep happening!!!!
DO NOT. Repeat. DO NOT get nails done at this salon. Very unprofessional environment. Very unprofessional workmanship. My daughter came home with very poorly done acrylic nails. She did not complain about them, but I was appalled that she paid someone to do these nails. I drove to the facility to show them pictures and get a refund or redo by a licensed technician. No refund was offered so my daughter had to drive back "immediately" to have them fixed. Then the owner proceeded to say, "You didn't have to go cry to your mother." Completely unacceptable.
They have unlicensed children doing nails here. A 12 year injured my daughter who went to nail tech school and knows how to remove acrylics when removing my daughter's acrylic tips. The 12 year old then put acetone on my daughter's bleeding nails thinking it was disinfectant. Do not go here. They have at least three unlicensed school age children doing nails.
This place is the most uncomfortable, un relaxed setting, unprofessional, unlicensed professionals.. Wow I think someone needs a visit from the state.
