I waited two days before school to procrastinate and get my kids hair cut. My fault, I know. but Supercuts was they only place that had openings available and it was super easy to schedule online which I loved! I read the previous reviews which had me a little scared to take my boys, but I'm glad I did. We had a great experience! They was a short 10-15 min wait, the store was super clean, & The girls that cut my two boys hair were super friendly. My boys loved their cut! On top of that they let us know about the $17.99 a month unlimited hair cut membership that they had! Of course we couldn't pass that up. All in all great experience.
Don't even bother with this place not even sure why the doors are open. No online appointment system ( this is is the year 2022?). You have to stand out front like the DMV for first come first serve. And even when you get in you have to wait 10-20 mins for them to answer all incoming calls and book over the phone appointments, completely disregarding the customers who actually made an effort to be there. Everyone wants one guy, Matt, to cut their hair. Probably because it's a revolving door for everyone else they can't keep anyone on staff ever. Just a horrible setup and system.
I walked in and asked for a fade. Simple quick haircut. They asked me if I had an appointment and I told them no. They said we only take appointments and we are fully booked today. The woman telling me this was literally just sweeping. And she was actual cosmetologist because she had her apron on and everything! Like WTF! You aren't doing anything, I need a haircut=you are just lazy and don't wanna work!!
Drove 30 minutes to Reedley this morning. Went into this Super cuts and there was no other clients in there. Waited for a few minutes until a young man came out from the back. Told me I would have to wait 30 minutes for a haircut. I asked why and he said he was busy in the back. Perhaps I am old school, but I would think a customer coming in the salon would be #1 priority. This person was very smug and sarcastic as I was leaving. Sure has changed my opinion of this Supercuts.
