This shows me how untrustworthy in addition to incompetent this place is. Yelp is supposed to be a place where consumers can be well informed before making a decision. Sofia is very professional and on time which is very important to me. She has a lot of services to offer. Not only does she make my hair look amazing She does an excellent job at threading to remove unwanted hair. I am very happy with her service.
After going to a hairstylist who couldn't get the red out of my hair, Sophia was able to give me the results I wanted. After 2 sessions my hair is a gorgeous caramel brown that I'm in love with! She can get black and red out of your hair without damaging it. I always get so many compliments on my hair and recommend her to everyone.
