I've been going here for a while and I have become disappointed by the customer service they are always rushing and telling the customers we don't have time to do this or that. The nail techs are always on their earbuds really become poor service. The owners need to step up on this
Was highly impressed with my hot pink ombré acrylic nails by Kevin. He is very meticulous in his work and it is apparent. All a client needs to do is show him a picture of what they want and he works his magic to create it. I appreciate the fact that he is very gentle as well which makes every visit to the nail shop a pleasant experience. My oldest daughter also had a pedicure as well her hands and feet done. She was satisfied with Kathy's work. We now know who we will be scheduling future appointments with
I always liked coming here. They do very good with their acrylic nails however I haven't been wanting to get acrylics anymore so I asked for dip powder nails with extensions (it is listed as one of their services) and I put that down as the service I wanted when I checked in. When I was called to a chair the lady asked what I wanted and I told her dip powder with extensions she told me very rudely no no I don't do that I only do acrylics and then just started to do acrylics on me. I didn't want to upset her so I just let her do it. They were very nice and I still liked them but it wasn't what I wanted so I think they just need to be more clear on that if it is a service they claim to provide.
I had a great experience for my first time. will for sure be returning ! they took their time stayed open a lil later for me & my friend. & very very clean !
They are fast and do a great job. Prices are reasonable as well. The reason I rated them a 3 is because the chemical smell in the building is overwhelming. No fans or ventilation. I have a terrible headache now. I purposely left the front door open so I wouldn't pass out, but one of the employees quickly closed the door.
