Website and door says store closes at 9pm. I showed up at 6:30pm. Women were walking out. Saying they close at 6 on fridays yet door says 9:00. This is why everyone goes to greater clips.
Cassandra cut my hair and she gave me the best haircut I had in a long time. And she was also friendly. Sadly, she left. Someone else did my hair today and it was also cut well but she was only filling in and not an permanent employee. Sadly, now I have to keep looking.
Went in for a nice layered look, and came out with a mullet. My hairstylist was super nice and after I told her about my previous bad experiences at different places, she promised me she would take good care of my hair, but ended up butchering it. Went back in to show my concern and another stylist came out to try to fix it. She did the best she could but it couldnt fix what was already done. I have to go back now to see once it grows out of she can fix it again, but I am hesitant to return. Nice people, bad haircuts.
Not sure that for MY LONGER STYLE OR SHORTER WITH MORE VOLUME... THICK AND CREAMY hair that for a touch up I would go here again. That is how i am keeping my hair for my small head. i think that i will go on to schedule an appointment with a salon and pay more money i got half par customer service here The worker was sweet and i tipped her 15 bucks but i got attitude during my haircut about doing extra... she did not want to complete the salon style job appropriately but none the less i was half satisfied but will not return... Everyone has issues now I guess
