Such a great experience! I came here for the first time with my mom. I needed a hair cut and my mom was getting a balayage for the first time. Michael did my cut and Orlando did my mom's hair and they were both absolutely wonderful! Right from the beginning, everyone was super welcoming. Everything was prompt and at no time did we feel rushed. They both took the time to talk through what we wanted done, and were patient with us exploring options especially for color, etc. will definitely be back!
Okay if you need an amazing, friendly and super experience waxer you found the perfect spot! Christy is seriously the best!! You need to go to her. I'm so glad my friend told me about her! A Brazilian wax is never fun nor comfortable but omg she seriously makes that experience feel like it's going by so fast and makes you feel so comfortable! My other experiences have not been great at all and they always seem to miss so many areas and they are rushing, but not Christy, she really takes her time while making fun conversation That truly distracts you at times lol. I would never go anywhere else! She is truly truly the best out there!
I purchased a Groupon for a facial from Glam. Unfortunately, a poison ivy rash cropped up on my face from a hike I had gone on the week before the facial was scheduled. I called to discuss, and was told I was not able to receive the facial, and they also were unwilling to extend the Groupon deal to accommodate the unusual circumstances. The staff person I spoke to was very rude and not at all willing to try and make accommodations or be polite in any way. Very disappointing, and terrible business practice. Where I would have returned had they made accommodations and recommended their business, this unfortunately is not at all the case. I do not recommend giving your business to this salon.
Very difficult to give a review... The process in booking an appointment was pretty difficult in finding availability; they only have one nail tech working at this salon. So especially with offering a groupon, they're pretty booked up... However, the nail technician (Maylin) was SO wonderful. Great attention to detail; super nice person. A+ on the pedi. Disappointed on the availability (and not being able to do 2 at once; had originally purchased for my girlfriend and I to both go at the same time...).
Called and scheduled an appointment beforehand. Got a wash and cut from Michael Vario. He was great and super friendly. My hair feels healthy and I was in and out pretty quick. I would come back here
