As I was getting a normal trim, I asked the stylist to trim a colic on the back of my head to blend in with the rest of my hair. When she was finished, It looked great in the mirror. Later as I started feeling around the back of my head, I realized she missed an entire section. She only cut the parts I can see in the mirror!
Stay away if you want quality work!
Go if you enjoy being charged a lot for half fast work.
While a one person operation is not very efficient she does the job however they need to hire more workers
I have been going for a few years to see Deanna. She does the best haircuts and color. She is sweet, patient and kind. During the early days of the Covid pandemic, she even came to my house once. She is very creative. At Halloween time, they carve pumpkins for display. Always great service!
Worst experience. Never been before. Called and asked about a haircut - come within the next 25 minutes. Arrived timely - it was obvious she had just started cutting someone else's hair. Stated I was going to run an errand and be right back (10 mins tops). There was another person waiting when I left beside the person in the chair. Mind you I had taken the time to call and thought I was making an appointment. Came back, she finished the previous in-process haircut. Then proceeded to take the next person. Then a gentleman came in and she proceeded to take him. When I spoke up she was less than accommodating and stated something about first come first serve and phone check-in I had been waiting for 1.5 hours - would have left if I wasn't leaving for out of town the next day. When finally my turn...stated just a trim, no layers...well I got layers. Do not waste your money. No stars if available
Convenient location and Mindi was fantastic. She actually listened to what I wanted and followed through and I left happy and beautiful.
