The technician was nice, but there were some unpleasant parts of the experience.
First, they skipped the nail polish remover step. Instead, they began to file the nail bed.
Second, they added a gel glitter layer to my ring fingers without asking first.
Third, my friend had a manicure; they didn't match the photo she brought.
Fourth, I felt pressure to pick colors from a limited number of gel colors.
I went into go get a fill I walked in with $50 bucks and thinking it wouldn't take long took almost 2 hours to do a fill. Also charging the nails $70 for the fill which is a scam and a waste of money. front desk says $25+ for a fill from that to $70 is a joke didn't have the money thinking it wouldn't be hella expensive told them would pay half and wait till my parent would send more.The man starts trying to call the cops on me saying i'm stealing or rip all my nails off and still ended up having to pay the money and still get my nails cut off worst place I've ever been . Magic nails is where to go next.
Honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. The tech was extremely rude, even saying "oh my god" to me when I didn't understand what he wanted me to do. He also painted my toes at the manicure station despite me telling him I'm third trimester and couldn't sit like that. Also my dip is way too thick near the cuticle because he kept dipping the whole nail each time which isn't the correct way to do it.
Oh and no disinfection procedures being followed. Stations incredibly dirty.

I was so excited to treat myself and get my nails done. I should have saved my money, not only did they look terrible the gel lasted a whole 3 days!
I have been coming here for years. Everyone who works there does a great job! I highly recommend this place to everyone!
