Sport Clips Haircuts of O'Fallon - Waterbury Falls in O'Fallon, MO

Last time My husband was in town for work I heard that they did good job of cutting his hair. So instead of waiting around home until the local shop opened, we made thr 4 Hour drive early to get it done here.  The stylist would not stop yapping with the client, even though she was done with the cut. So a five minute wait time turned into 30 minutes after her client finally got out of the chair. Then she continued yapping while cleaning up her station. Yapping is fine but you need to get your job done and get your client in and out.  To top it off she just walked off and left everyone hanging.

Took my 4 yr. old son here for a haircut. He has a full head of adult hair and sits perfectly while he gets his haircut. I always tip the same price as the cost of the haircut because I am in the service industry myself. I checked in online and arrived on time and there was no one in the chairs. The hairstylist, Bridget gave us a nasty look and then mumbled something to her coworker and walked into the back. We sat there for a while and my son was so excited and waited perfectly. When she finally came back out, she began sweeping a floor that she had just swept and was already clean. We kept sitting and waiting, no smile, no "I'll be right with you", nothing. I finally got up and walked out. My son became upset and didn't understand why she didn't want to cut her hair. Advice to Bridget, even if you hate your job and hate cutting kids hair, please just come out and tell your customer that or suck it up and put a smile on your face. Your nasty attitude just devastated an innocent child. You should be ashamed!!

Dropped in right when they opened. Amber did the best haircut that I've had at a Sport Clups that I've had in 2 years.  Thanks Amber, I'll be back!

Expensive and has terrible barbers-inexperienced- they rush with your hair cut most of them don't even take the time and effort to do a good job because they know they'll get a tip anyways...would not recommend this

wished i could of gave this a 0, the place is so expensive, two 5 minute hair cuts for 50$ plus tip, the lady named Danielle rushed and had a bratty attitude she didn't even cut my hair right what part does she not get by a little bit, she cut off so many hair and the razor she used hurt very badly-didn't even talk- very rude with a nasty attitude... the other lady Jennifer was sweet and talked wished i gave all the tip to her... back to the Danielle not cutting my hair right, she cut my hair and gave me bangs just a straight cut over the forehead and then the side burns weren't even the same length.... never ever going here again, we liked it when there was real good barbers not crappy ones doing your hair for 5 minutes... she didn't even asked if i liked it not to mention that she coughed on my head which seemed like laugh she was to busy wanting to go home and eat...my friends were right this place is terrible,, i would like my money back and a price reduction to 10-15$ per person if the cut took 5 minutes...... even my mother who doesn't know how to cut hair can do a way better job lmao...
