My 8year old received one of the best cuts he has had. I almost didn't go at first because of some Yelp reviews. So I'll say this. . . If you are a negative person, take a breath and don't post things on Yelp.. Do you know how hard it is to find a family friendly hair place? Yelp is full of bad reviews for family haircut places for some reason. We are not going to a salon. I care about getting a hair cut for my children. The people don't even have to be friendly. It's a haircut. They need to be able to cut hair; the end.
The hair stylist did exactly what we asked for without a lot of questions needed. To me, that always shows an understanding of how to cut hair.
My son was grinning the whole way home because he was happy with his haircut. The night before we flipped through photos online and this one came out just like the one he wanted. It only took 20 minutes from walk in to completion. Great experience!
From the moment I told Danielle that I wanted a short cut and described it, she gave me attitude. Told me her fingers were large and she could only get it so short. Asked me why I wear my hair short. Cut it, was not short enough, cut it again with clippers. Asked her twice to chip it out. Second time, her response was: "Really? Why do you want that?" I replied: "because it's my effing head". Threw me out.
Every time I come here there is only one person working, maybe 2 people waiting and it's over and hour and a half wait. Every time. The app you can no longer set an appointment like you use to. This place use to be good but they never have any employees. They even raised the price to $19.99 now. One person cutting everyone's hair. Need to find a new place to go. Also, you never know when they will be open or not. They seem to open and close when they feel like it. Whoever owns this place needs to show up for work and learn how to run a business.
Trash as hell. how is it people can leave get there names called not be there. then they cross them out. cut the person after both of them. then go back to the names you already called. i don't if the hair dresser are mentally ill or the customers. but i've been going here for 4 years. i'll never be going back unless it's so say fuck you.
They state they are open until 3pm on Sunday. I walked in at 2:20. One person waiting, three people working. Two cutting hair and one cleaning. The two cutting hair were finishing up. Told me they already took their last customer!
