I received the greatest massage from Audrey! I am highly allergic to lavender and very sensitive to strong fragrances. She asked me questions to ensure my comfort level and created a light, citrus vanilla oil for me. The massage had just the right pressure and was amazing! I left feeling like a limp noodle and smelling like a dreamsicle ice cream. Going to make this a regular part of a self care routine.
This place is a hot mess. I made my appointment for an American Wave weeks in advance, planning an entire day of my vacation to get this, and it's not being done. Why? Because whomever made the appointment didn't tell me about a consult (which would be impossible since I live across the US), nor did they allow enough time to actually DO it. The stylist told me she didn't even have enough product in stock to do it, but she made the excuse that my hair was too damaged on the ends. I can't help but wonder if this was accurate as she couldn't do it anyhow. What a complete waste of my time.
UPDATE: No one has reached out and you now only have today to make this right. I fly home tomorrow. But, the manager was never really going to contact me, we're they?

I love Paris Parker I always get my eyebrow waxed by Stephanie she is the best and super sweet! I 100% recommended I have never had an issue.
Fantastic! This has been my salon for a few years. My stylist Erica is truly wonderful! Had my daughter in tow today for a couple of much-needed post-COVID era cuts (had been over a year!). Erica did a fantastic job as usual and I can't say enough about the salon's COVID safety practices. Very much appreciate their careful and well-thought-out measures. Looking forward to my next appointment!
Went in for products. Greeted, assisted, and checked out by dead-pan personalities at the front desk. No "thank you" etc. from employee after having received a "thank you" from the customer. Let's get back to common courtesy and good customer relations please.
