The best salon in mandeville for sure! Consistently good service and lasting drip manicures. Sophia and Tom are great!

I have been having my nails done here for several months and they do such a good job! I have a dip manicure and my nails look beautiful for weeks.Much more attention to detail than I have experienced elsewhere and friendly staff.

I was recommended to  this place by one of my friends.  But they failed on my second visit unfortunately.

  My first visit was great . However sadly , they are not consistent. I was really hoping this place would deliver .

Their prices are pretty high and I'm a big tipper. The second visit was not great at all.  First of all, I booked the first appointment at 9am and my manicure was supposed to be with Tom .  He was very disappointing. It was his attitude.    He put the foil on my nails to dissolve the old  dip and then he just left me .    No other positive interaction after that-he did nothing except someone else's nails that came in AFTER me.

They sat me in a chair and another lady came in and started to do my pedicure . She was very off putting, unfriendly and barely understood me when I was trying to tell her what I was looking for in colors.   On top of that, she cut me several times without apologizing and looked annoyed after doing it .

At one point , I was so confused of what color I could have and what color "wasn't available " although the only employee there that I love is Margaret. She is patient , kind and understands English very well .     She was able to take over and help .. thank goodness.    Tom was acting pretty impatient with me and I'm spending way over $100 for a  manicure and pedicure .  

Unacceptable to me. I felt like my service was rushed and  I began to feel like I was an "inconvenience " than a valued customer.    I also felt they gave other patrons better treatment because they had been going there for awhile . I can understand that , but at the same time , your alienating a really good paying future client .  I eventuality left with the color on my toes and nails that I really didn't want and way over paid for a sub par service.  Very disappointing!! I really wanted to love this place , but when you get treated like a number instead of a person, it changes your perspective a bit about taking your business down the road. I feel bad for Margaret, because she is the only positive person in that place .

I would recommend this nail salon to anyone. They are a young sweet couple that run it and they both do an excellent job of Nails. It's very peaceful and a good experience when you get your nails done there. Highly recommend.

first visit and most likely won't be returning. don't overbook your clients. there's no reason i should come in with a 2:30 appt and not be helped until almost 4. employees were nice, nails are cute but too overpriced, could get same exact set for half the price and half time down the road.
