I had been to the salon about 2 months ago and while I found it friendly, clean and pleasant unfortunately I did not get what I wanted. I wrote a review and within 24 hours hears from the manager and went back in a few days. A different stylist was able to fix the color problem and redo the cut and I was extremely surprised and satisfied. They also gave me a card for a complete re-do. Wanting to let the hair grow enough to allow for what I wanted, 2 months later I went back. Not only did I get a personal apology from the original stylist, but asked if I minded returning next day as they had a stylist that specialized in what I wanted, which was a "Cap Frosting", along with very specific cut. When I walked out of the shop I was one happy camper, but better yet, after sleeping on style, and obviously having to work with it a little this morning, I am still "A Very Happy Camper". For anyone that has ever gone anywhere and not gotten what they wanted, first let them know, see if they will work with you, second, if you have never gone to SuperCuts, give them a try. They have a Satisfaction Guarantee that they stick with, and, if you give them a try they will work with you. Whether the stylist is a novice, an old pro, specializes in other than what you ask for, don't be afraid to talk to them.
I know this is pretty long, but I felt you need to hear the entire story to understand a good review. The fact the salon was willing to "Try" to please me, stood behind their guarantee, and never showed exasperation, was more than enough to make me return there when it is time to have the hair trimmed/cut again.
