Supercuts in Colorado Springs, CO

My son got a haircut here. Not needed for myself (I'm bald and beautiful). We went on a Sunday around noon. The establishment was very clean and the staff were very friendly. They were able to see my son right away. The stylist suggested a few things for my son and I and we both left happy with his haircut.

My 11yr old son just got his haircut here and requested me to write a 5 star review for his hairdresser, Star. He said that he's never had someone be so gentle and nice, and always asking if he's comfortable during his haircut. Excellent service! We'll be getting his haircut at this location from now on

Talked to someone on the phone to schedule a touch up with Maria aka "Big  Momma" for my highlights. My hair had grown out and I needed highlights touched up. Left with darker hair and my highlights not touched up. I tipped her because she was nice but did not do to my hair what I scheduled the appointment for. Now I would have to set another appointment and pay more money to have her do the job right this time. I paid $70 for darker hair when my hair was already dark and I just wanted the highlights touched up. Should not have tipped her at all.

Every time I go to this Supercuts, they never cut my hair how I want it. I even took in a picture this time, but I don't think anyone there knows how to layer long wavy hair. My hair is uneven, some parts don't even have layers. You can't cut long hair in 15 minutes, you need to take your time. It's always after I get home and I wash my hair and it dries that I can see all the mistakes. I guess for $20 you get what you pay for. Will never go here again.

I would not recommend this salon for an men's haircuts , when me and my boyfriend walked in there's was a short wait Time which was great, but after the hair cut we figured out why there was no wait. Why would somebody want to wait just to have a hair cut like this. The barber who cut his hair missed two entire lines of hair so now has to lines of long hair on the back of his head , due to dull clippers that they probably got at Walgreens the haircut is very uneven, he has mixed in long hairs with his cut because the clippers were missing half of his hair. The worst haircut he has ever gotten by far.... to pay $20.00 for a lumpy, uneven, patchy hair cut that I could have just done myself with a much better end result, is a waste of time and money. Any how after we called them and told them how we did not like the cut at all and was literally the worst haircut they could've given, her response to us was  "well, go somewhere else" and hung up no compensation or ownership for what she did and just kind of petty overall. Won't be giving any super cuts our business because of this and hope this is a helpful warning to not give them yours either.
