I went to the location on Austin bluffs. Not only did they not listen to me on how I wanted my haircut but I went in to get it fixed and the lady who fixed it she just messed it up even more and I don't know if it was on purpose kind of seems like it was because both of those girls were rude as heck I will never ever go there again and I strongly suggest going somewhere else if you're going to go there they ruined my hair
Went in Friday they were booked till close and they offered to make an appointment for the next day then i show up at my appointment time the next day as the same lady who made my appointment just finished with a client and told me there were 2 people ahead of me and it was gonna be over an hour. Had plans and couldnt get my haircut. They do not honor there appointments. I get a 10-15 min wait, but an hour after making an appointment is insane and the fact that it was the same lady... shameless

Did not get past front desk and staff was very rude. Decided to try another place. Not easy to give a bad review but I don't think it is nice to feel you are bothering people to pay them for their service. It could have been a bad day but I won't be trying to make an appointment in future.
