Never come here unless you want to be injured, and have the worst customer service of your life.

My friend and I went to get a pedicure. Her technician (elder women with curly hair) was wonderful. She took her time, and was very friendly. My technician however, was extremely rude and rough with my service. She rushed my service, and repeatedly tried to up-sale me on the same service when I told her countless of times "no thank you." When the owner came over to check on the work she had done she required my friend and I to pay before our services were finished. Horrible environment, horrible service, horrible customer service. Completely makes sense why they have a 2.5 star review, that's being generous honestly.

The man doing my nails put waaaay too thick of gel layers on. The texture on most my nails is tacky and bubbly. By the time I drove home I realized my pinky and ring finger are still wet and now my hands are a gross black mess. Would have been better off just having my previous manicure prior to coming in rather than paying $50 for this.

I had a full set and pedicure. This was the best nail salon experience I have had in the 25 years I have been getting my nails done. The tech was so gentle that I didn't feel the dremel or any cuticle tools. The acrylic is nice and thin without any distortion. My nails look and feel fabulous. I highly recommend this salon.

So I went to LV Nails in Col Sp off of Nevada today, Friday morning, for the first time, and I leave them a five star. Shauna did an awesome awesome job, and I left her an insane tip. I enjoy tipping well  because I work hard for a living, and when others work hard for a living I like to bless them. My toes were pretty gnarly but she really went above and beyond to give me a really really nice pedicure. Thank you Shauna. I'll be back.

First visit and will never return.  Had a powder dip manicure and a pedicure.  Technician was inattentive, ignoring my request to not use the callous tool (the one that looks like a cheese grater) on my feet because of a blister on my heel.  She used it anyway,  shredding my blistered heel before I could stop her, maybe 20 seconds after I showed her the sore spot and she said she would be careful.   For my cuticles, she was rough, didn't do anything to soften them and left me with ripped up, bleeding and peeling cuticles.  The powder dip was terrible; multiple layers of powder, left completely uneven.  
The nail file was used and dirty.  She was inattentive and filed under the nail into my skin on every single nail, leaving me with cuts.  When I tensed up and pulled away, she grabbed my hand, smacked it and yelled at me to relax.  
She charged extra for tasks that were supposed to be included.
Stay away from this establishment.
