I called this place to make sure they had an opening for me to come by late around 5:30. The lady was very nice and accommodating, and told not to worry since today was Walk-in day and no reservations are needed, and that they would be open until 6pm so. I need to rush. I thanked her, got off work and headed over there. I got there around 5:30pm and was greeted with a locked door with a almost bald guy staring me down telling me they are closed through the glass door. I tried to explain to him my situation but he just kept saying they are closed and then told me to leave. This is unacceptable, and absolutely unprofessional. If you can't fit me in, don't tell me to come by.
Cathy was awful, basically refused me. completely could tell she was being lazy and didn't want to help the customer at all. terrible all around.
Barbershop with no licensed barbers. I think it's safe to say Supercuts primary clients are male which would mean they need barbers on staff. For those of you who don't know only licensed barbers are allowed to cut certain cuts like a skin tight fade. Wasted my time reserving a time, going, and then being told "sorry we don't have any barbers here that can cut your hair." Kind of some BS.
I went here today and it was spur of the moment. I needed some help with my burnt hair and Nadene (I hope that's how you spell it) helped me out a ton. She cut the perfect amount off and my curls are already thanking me. It was super affordable and Nadene was super helpful and friendly and FAST (which I love). Thank you friend
I always choose Cathy! She has always been sweet, kind and attentive everytime I went to her. She gets my hair done right. During covid she instructed and followed all management procedure like wear a mask for all which I completely respect. Wonderful lady and staff have very professional.
