Had the worst experience ever!!!! Ask the tech to remove ingrown mail she cut skin and made nail bleed!!! The entire service she had to be guided and directed on what to do! Tech added scrub to legs and didn't even get it all off before she overloaded legs with oil which she did not remove, I got up from chair with scrub and an abundance of oil still left on my legs. I paid for service then asked for manager where I explained this was the WORST pedicure service I have ever had, she proceeds to ask what did I want her to do then advises she couldn't give me the service for free. I never asked for a free service!!!! She said she could offer a discount, then turns around and walks back to her client without doing anything!!! I expressed that the customer service was horrible and left! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!
Went for a my regular pedi and gel mani, I got glitter on my toes so I wanted to the same on my nails the lady said she could do it I just needed to pick a base color for the glitter to show up. I picked something dark but it didn't look good so I asked her to choose, she needed up choosing a very bright blue and I asked if it would show through and she stated that not really. half way through I had bright blue nails with black sparkles not what I asked for. It looked like dark blue once you put light on it so I just said whatever but once I got out of the salon it was straight black ! I don't wear black so I went back and requested them to fix it nicely and explained it was patchy when I got into the sun ( you could see blue patches underneath the black ) I was met with with a rude women who proceeded to say " you said yes though " I only said ok or yes Because I was promised a different outcome I asked for them to be removed , they soaked my nails then drilled and drilled and drilled all the gel off the gel didn't even flake like it should ??? off my nails are so thin and damaged now !!!!! The white marks on my nails were not there before my nails are ruined !
I wish I would've remembered this was the same shop that failed me when I first moved here last year or else I would have went elsewhere once again. What I asked for vs. what I got. I even asked her several times if she understood what I was asking for. I asked her if she was going to at least clean up the white part so it doesn't look so straight across and she tried to blame it on the curvature of my natural nails. Incompetence at its finest because I have never had a simple tip look this mediocre. I even specified that I need my nails to be perfect because I am expecting to be engaged soon and this is what I got. Terrible and will NEVER EVER return to this shop again!!! I can't even remember the last time I've given someone ZERO tip despite their last than satisfactory service, but this just takes the cake. Like wtf! She even tried to fix it and made it look worse. Due to the time constraints I just had to walk out of there with Walmart mom nails!
Cute and cozy nail salon. It was so quite and peaceful I could have taken a nap. I went in for a pedicure and acrylic fill in w/gel polish as well as a shape correction. The total was $70. I didn't feel rushed but I also didn't have to wait a long time for my services. Their massage chair is probably the best chair I have been it. I would go back for sure!
I've always had a great experience at My Nail Bar. I moved to Charlotte roughly 3 years ago and I've been going here since then! Even after moving further away, I still chose to drive the distance to come here! 10/10 recommend.
