expensive for subpar service. I just paid $13 to have the dip soaked off my nails. They neglected to inform me that cutting them would be an extra $3. I've gotten many of dip manicures here and pedicures and always leave unsatisfied. They also up charge you when you get a dip manicure if you opt for the "manicure" which makes no sense to me. Aren't you already paying for the manicure? Oh and shaping your nails will be an additional $5. The pedicures I've received here have lacked attention to detail Each time I feel as thought they just want me out of there as fast as possible. Their work is passable at best.
Jessica is the best. This is a few days old and still looks amazing. The location in South Park is by far my favorite.
I've been coming here for years, even before this location opened. At first, the staff was welcoming and provided a consistent quality product at a fair price. I got compliments left and right and told everyone I know to come here. Now, I'm not so sure. Every time you breath while asking for a nail design, it gets more expensive. My nail tech during my last visit completely botched my nails, filing them way too short, only to turn around and ask me to pay more for extensions! They even ask you to pay extra for filing your nails in a certain shape, which is a complete rip off and should be provided in the manicure service. 20 dollars extra for even the smallest design is absurd. The new nail techs are rude and will laugh at you and talk obviously about you in front of your face, and the quality of the nails has severely declined. For a nail salon that advertises their ability to do ornate designs, the nail techs will make you feel super guilty for asking for anything complicated. (I see now where the "sassy" part came from) I am super disappointed that the owners have let this happen over the years. If you want to come here, be prepared to feel completely uncomfortable in a 2/10 environment for an hour for a 7/10 product.

I had to buy a foot scraper and stone and scrub off my own calloused feet AFTER the pedicure. Rather than a massage I had my feet and calves hurting from my tech's nails doing more damage than calming. I won't be back.
