I went in for just a trim but Vaughn gave me the works! I got a trim with some beautiful layers, a nice glaze to refresh my color and a deep condition treatment for my dry hair and he even waxed my eyebrows! This was amazing! I'll definitely be back. The salon was clean and everyone so friendly while I was there. We were just laughing the whole time. I recommend 100%
Poor experience. The 2 stylists in the room were openly talking trash about another employee and work environment. Stylist didn't engage with me. She couldn't use thinning shears. No senior discount. $20
Worst hair cut I have ever gotten in my life. I ask to get the hair out of my eyes and to get the back of my head cleaned up. By the end of the haircut my hair was still over my eyes and she didn't even cut the back of my hair. So much for a clean up what a waste of time and money.
This Supercuts holds a Gem, Her name is Lauren Pittman. I have lived in WNC for 13 yrs and finally found someone who can trim a beard and give an absolute in customer service. She is Sweet, Honest, and an absolute professional at her craft. Highly recommend, but do yourself & Lauren a favor.. call and set an appointment, she's 100% worth it!
