Second time going & I will keep going back ! Staff is so nice and they do such a good job... Salon is clean & very nice, gel nails perfection! A very enjoyable pedicure finished off with gel polish. Prices are comparable/competitive but more importantly... they do a beautiful job and are so pleasant ... really care about delivering what you want !
The prices are posted on the board as you go in. $30 for a pedicure and a $5 up charge for a French pedicure. Tonight I had an average pedicure and was expecting to pay $35 plus a tip. When I checked out it was $58. My friend's was $78 because they used gel polish. When I questioned the cost, she said "dry skin." I never asked for any additional treatments nor was I asked if I would like to upgrade to some kind of deluxe pedicure. This is deceiving and I will not be back!
Well I liked coming here the first two times. I had an appointment and they were a no show. I try to make an appointment and they don't answer the phone and voicemail is full. I then had another appointment and I'm really not sure what the point of having an appointment is. I had to wait almost a half an hour. I think the technician was taking frustration out on me. Extremely rough and painful at times and a very hurried appointment. Trying a new place.
I have been coming to this salon for quite a while and I am usually quite pleased. However, there is a technician that uses the entire time as a sales pitch to up sell services. Once I tell you what I want, please consider the matter settled. oday she cut me while doing my pedicure. Less talk and more attention to detail.
I waited 45 minutes with my feet soaking. I did the classic pedicure, which is 30 dollars, but they didn't mention when you do gel it tacks on an additional 20. I just was really annoyed the entire time I was there. Go elsewhere. I would have rather them have told me that it was an hour wait so I could have. I almost left but they finally got to me right when I started to pack up.
