My daughter was turned away and very disappointed she wanted a fill in. She was there at 530 pm . They told her they couldn't do it was to late . Very Rude she's been going there for years close to her home. Well now you lost a customer. No good worth ethics when your supposed to please the customer and it was empty the salon. Shame on you
While my nails came out beautifully the overall experience was horrible. First I get in and ask for the wait time & get the response, "Pick out a color, she will be with you soon." Okay, no problem. An hour later I finally sit in the chair. The tech starts then gets up to start another client at the same time. 10 minutes later she comes back to resume. Ok, fine, they're always short staffed, no problem. We finally get to the polish, I wanted a gel but she didn't want to find the color and insisted that I look for it while she starts yet another client. Deep sigh. I find the color. Polish done, time to pay. Well the tech decides to upcharge me based on her desired prices and not the advertised prices on the wall. I point it out (as I remember the client before me saying the same thing). The tech argues me down about the prices on the wall being incorrect and I should be grateful because she didn't charge me for a repair. Ma'am all you did was put a new tip on my nail. But whatever, the repair was only $3 (which was correctly priced on the wall). The tech begins to get loud and aggressive. No problem ma'am, I will not be returning. Poor service does not get my dollar.
Love They're so sweet! I went in wanting just plain white and I came out with purple Bc she said white was too plain I'm glad I got the purple!!!
I love me some Tina!!! She is so efficient! She's super nice and very helpful, she knows her products!!! I've never had any complaints with her. Today we did the color changing coffin style and I am in love!!!
This place is terrible. I went in to have my nails painted with gel polish and they came out looking lumpy. They were not even filed correctly. They rush people through and they were fighting about money and yelling at each other in front of all the customers. Spend your money elsewhere.
