Sublime Designs for Hair & Home in Yucaipa, CA

I called this salon last week to make an appointment and never received a call back. I had gone to this business previously and was happy with the service. Maybe they are out of business or have enough customers without needing new ones?

I think she's charges a lot for her services which are up to par, but when the person says, while styling your hair, I come from the school of thought that anyone over 40 shouldn't have long hair. WHILE THEY'RE STYLING YOU'RE HAIR. Just very Not cool.

What a sweetheart Liz is. I had an appt at another salon where the stylist #1 rescheduled me and then #2 didn't show up for the second appt. I called Liz after seeing many recommendations on FB. I called Friday night not expecting an answer, but she did. She asked a few questions and then stayed late on Saturday to see me. Cutest little shop 5 minutes from home. I walk in the door and she offers me something to drink and snacks. Sat me down talked about my hair and what products I use (she did cringe a little) took care of me. Cut is great. I can't wait to have her color my hair. She is so patient. She made me feel very welcome and not nervous about going to a new stylist. Veronica works with her in The shop and is just as nice, friendly and helpful. Watched her cut another woman's hair and it came out great.

Veronica is a great profesional, she came very highly recommended and i can see the work she did before, so I'm here in her seat enjoying my experience!! ‍

From the day I curiously walked in to Sublime Design and met the owner Liz, I have been a loyal, continuous client. Not only does Liz do miracles with my hair, but she has become "family". I will NEVER attempt to do my own coloring again. Besides the quality of her service, just the pampering and relaxation that comes from the calming atmosphere and exquisite decor, not to mention the therapy of music, a cup of coffee and conversation, keep me an ever faithful returning customer. Liz doesn't "cut corners" in her appointments, and scurry you out the door. It isn't about a revolving door of sales with Liz. Liz makes you feel like a queen for a day. She pours all of herself into her business and clients. She makes you her center of attention when you arrive at her salon. She is very attentive to your needs and always gives you 110% in treatment. She goes above and beyond the duty of a hairdresser. She waits on you, hand and foot. Her time is your time. Even if it means giving up her day off, waking at the crack of dawn, or staying late into the night, she finds a way to make it happen for you. (Appointments needed, of course) There is only 1 Liz, peeps. So you can't just walk in and snap your fingers, and expect her to be at your beck and call. She has many happy clients, so make your appointments in advance. However, if she can find space for you for a last minute emergency, she goes out of her way to make it happen. I love Liz, and even if I were to move out of the area, I'd STILL make the drive to keep her as my hairdresser. She's that amazing!
