Requested an ingrown nail removal and my nail got infected. I asked the staff who is doing my nail to be gentle but she kept digging through it which wounded my nails and bled, definitely wont comeback in this salon
I called ahead for a chipped toenail and they fit me in quickly (Mind you, it's the Sunday after Thanksgiving), so I highly recommend making an appointment/ call ahead, but you won't regret giving them your business! A calm and relaxing environment, my nail tech (Daisy) had a very gentle hand and was very professional (asked how I was doing, etc). VERY reasonably priced, no pushy sales gimmicks, and best of all, I got what I asked for! Lots of parking behind the building, with a few things to do within walking distance (shopping, eating, etc). I can't recommend them enough!
I'm not usually one to write reviews but I left crying and i needed to get this out. The very first time I came here was amazing and I'd give it an 8/5 if I could. I came again thinking I was going to get the same service; I came in for a fill and cut down of the nails...took over an hour and a half and I didn't even let her finish before I asked to pay and leave. Here's what went wrong - she cut my cuticles to the point they started bleeding - when filing the sides of my nails she rubbed my skin raw - each nail was a different length and not straight - there was still gunk and dust on my nails before she asked to start painting them At that point I was already overwhelmed with how long I'd been there. I knew I was going to have to go home and file them down more and just opted to paint them myself $38 and an hour and a half later:
