We used to love coming here. But the I had taken my daughter to get her nails fixed at this other nail shop up here. And they messed up her nails so we went to M nails to have it fixed cause my daughter loves it there. Well the owner yelled at her in front of everyone and just walked away in my opinion if I'm paying you should do what a customer wants!
Horrible customer service. I walked in I asked if I can get a nail fixed. She kept making all these excuses as to why she couldn't I told her I don't mind paying I just need it fixed and she didn't reply for a couple seconds and sighed and told me to sit down. I ended up just walking out from the discomfort. I understand it's an inconvenience but to a customer paying I would think it's a little rude.
I despise this nail shop!! I have given it a chance so many times I don't even know why! Had a full set did a horrible job I wish I had taken a picture!!! Never friendly always judgy!! Not welcoming and that says a lot!!! Wouldn't recommend this place at all, I've been ven given it a years wait time to come back and always instantly regret it!!! No thank you!!
