I've been here many times over several years for hair coloring, cuts, and waxing. the service has always been incredible and the results with Shirin are never less that outstanding! I love this salon!!!

I paid to have the permanent eyeliner on my bottom and permanent eyebrow correction. I went back for my 6 week check up on my Eyebrow correction and to show her that my permanent eyeliner Didn't take. I also made her aware of the chemicals she used to numb my eye lid was extremely strong and I had swollen eye lids for 3 days after the procedure. She informed me that it sometimes doesn't take the 1st time. I advised her of the chemical reaction from the numbing cream and that I didn't want to retry but would prefer to be refunded. She stated she wouldn't refund me and it's free whenever I get ready to retry. I explained again it was too painful to retry again and she refused my refund.

3 years later and I'm still trying to remove the last bit of ink this woman put on my face. I never did get any other permanent makeup done. I now have to use concealer daily to cover up the mess she made. I would give this place negative stars if I could.

I went here to get permanent eyeliner - huge mistake! They do not practice soft touch application like some of the other places in Tallahassee and during the follow up appointment she got into a blood vessel by my eye and I have a permanent black smudge that looks awful! When it happened she told me it would be able to be covered up with a good concealer and would eventually go away. By the way - she happened to have the concealer and didn't even have the courtesy to give it to me! I paid a premium price for it. After two years the smudge is still there and I've been told by three professionals can only be removed with plastic surgery! I have since gone to another permanent makeup professional for a touch up and an attempt to fix the job and will be providing a separate review for her. She also advised that she could not fix the damaged area - it would require plastic surgery - but the entire experience was SO MUCH different! Little to no pain and total professionalism which makes it easy to rate Styles of Elegance so low.

Got talked into getting my eyes tattooed .. Had a special on them..now I know why.. Hurt like hell even though she numbed them. Then after couple of weeks the tattoo disappeared ..she told me to come and get a touch up when I came in I told her not to tattoo my under eye they were completely uneven so she did the right eye to make it even. Now the right eye is thicker and a completely different color!!! she does not know what she's doing and I've heard from other people that say the same. I have to go find someone else to fix her mess up !! I walk around with a blackeye for a week when I send her a picture and told her ..she told me just come in and she will fix it that is completely normal to have a blackeye .. really ??? If you have any sense DO NOT let her tattoo your face.. She says she's done this for years..But a source that used to work there told me she's only been doing this for a year!! in other words we are her guinea pigs not even sure if she has a license the salon is a complete scam do not let her tattoo to you!!!
