I told the technician that my 10 y/o neice wanted a fill over her acrylics/dip and he proceeded to shave down her nails to the point where it was just gel polish on her nails‍ I'm disappointed because I trusted them. Then I was charged $45 for gel polish ONLY! I also paid $20 for them to make my nails bleed and take my nails off instead of giving me a soak off like I asked! Then when I asked to speak to a manager... there was nothing that he could do about it. Everything about our services was lousy and rushed! Please do better please care a little bit more. I will never be back or recommend anyone to go here!

If I could give them zero starts, I would. I went in 2019 when I first moved to Tallahassee. I initially booked through someone, so I never really dealt with the other workers in the shop. Once my nail tech resigned from the establishment, I decided to try for a set through the shop, as a walk-in. I ended up getting an older lady who was extremely rough and cut me multiple times. By the time she finished, I had 8-10 cuts between each hand along the border of my fingernails & YES, I WAS CLEARLY BLEEDING. After complaining, they offered me Vaseline, still expecting me to pay full price. With that being said, I tried my best to stay cordial due to me continuing to get my pedicures through them. Fastforward to 2022, I started to go back after covid died down a bit and got some really good pedicures UP UNTIL LAST MONTH. I went and got a set, and they chipped the next day, on three toes. Because I was out of town, I waited a week to go back, so I didn't mind having to pay to get it fixed. Upon fixing them the next day of getting back in town, they chipped again the next day. As the lady is fixing my chipped toes, she makes numerous comments mentioning that I needed a pedicure.................. So, I kept reminding her that that can only mean that someone isn't doing their job because I had just been there the previous day. MIND YOU, I paid for a pedicure twice at this point. This time, the whole gel came off my big toe. I called after THE THIRD TIME OF THEM 'FIXING' IT JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME I CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECCOMEND

Came here for a nail date with my daughters. I love the fact that they were able to get us all in at the same time and they are reasonably priced. I feel that it could be better prices for kids , However I know "inflation" is to blame, RIGHT! They loved their nails and I had a good pedicure, except for the lack of actual massaging of my feet.

I went in just before Christmas for a pedicure, but the polish would not dry. I sat at my chair for at least 15 minutes while waiting for the dryer to be free, then sat there at least 15 minutes. The big toe polish would not dry, so I left there with those slippers they give you to shuffle around in. I drove home 20 miles with the car heater blowing on my feet and they were still not dry when I got home, at which time I had to put on my shoes and socks to get in the house...I am handicapped and could not walk up the stairs with the slippers on. I called the salon right away and reported the problem and said I would be back in for a color change due to the problem. They agreed. I went back in on Dec. 27th and decided to do dip powder for my nails besides doing the color change. When I went to pay I was stunned to be told my bill was $80. $25 was for the color change to fix their mistake. I had them use GEL polish so it should have been only the $3 difference. When I reminded the guy who did my nails that the toenail color was supposed to be free due to their mistake the owner/manager stepped over to declare that I owed $25. That besides the huge $55 charge for the dipping powder when it used to be $35-$40. I paid it and left and I will never return there for sure...it was a huge rip-off.
