Style House Salon in Parrish, FL

Emailed for an appointment and a week later got a response that they were not accepting new clients! Whoever heard of a hair salon not accepting new customers??? Not me!!

Crystal installed my Bellami hair extensions and they fell out in a week. She attempted to fix them, but they continued to fall out. She was defensive, extremely rude and refused to fix them further. She blamed it on the "poor quality wefts", and the wrong thread. This was new Bellami hair and is considered excellent quality - one of the top brands in extensions. I have had extensions for over three years and never once had any issues or had to have them fixed for any reason. She did not take responsibility for her install and is the one who should have know if her string was sufficient for the job. When I went to a different stylist she was horrified and said it was a terrible job. Crystal was lazy and took way too big of sections, used dark brown thread on my blonde hair and the install was haphazard and sloppy. The new install has held up perfectly as it always has in the past. Crystal not only kept my $360 but also refused to fix her terrible install. I understand things happen was more than happy to just have her fix it but she refused to, in her words, "fix it for free for you". She wanted me to pay $300 AGAIN. Crystal's attitude, defensiveness, rudeness and refusing to stand behind her work or take responsibility are why I chose to write this review, especially because she markets herself as an extension specialist.

I'm new to the area and was looking for a new stylist. I'm so happy to have found Lily. I was mainly looking to lighten my hair. Lily did her magic . I've never been happier about my hair .Thanks Lily !

I've been going to Crystal for so long and she's great. I usually just go for a haircut/style and she never disappoints. She gives me what I ask for and is friendly and personable.
