No attention to detail. My nails are uneven and several bubbles in polish. I was told my toes were dry and not given flip-flops to wear. When I got home and took shoes off, my toes are messed up. What a waste of time and money! Won't be back!
Had a bad dip they pulled them all of with their finger nails. It hurt terribly and ripped my nails to the point they hurt. Wanted my money back, would not refund. More than a waste of my hard earned money.
Got a powder dip and it started peeling off after three days. I won't be back, considering the price for what I got.
I have tried this salon on several occasions. The female workers are friendly, but the male workers are confrontational and rude. Twice I had a gentleman do my "backfill". In 15+ years of having my nails done at various salons, this has always meant back by the cuticle. The last time he started to file the entire ombré down to the front of the nail. It wasn't necessary as the front was in great shape. He argued that was what a backfill was and it costs more. Please see Salon magazine definition of a backfill. Tonight this joker files into my toe, when I twitched out of a reaction he got pissed. "What's the problem" he says, ummm it hurt. He rolled his eyes. I quietly said, if you do not want to complete the pedi I am okay with that. He just continued, I'm typing this feedback as he works. I always tip well, but come on, maybe not tonight. Will request females if I return. Too bad, the rest of the treatment was done well, perhaps because I made that comment to him????? Just no need to be rude.
I had a 100.00 gift card for my birthday and the nail tech stated that he couldn't do my nails because of his PRIDE!! IHe had been my nail tech for 2 years but he lacks imagination. I had stopped going to him but i had the gift card. The spa uses old polish that they thin out too much. They are nice and I kinda feel bad for writing this review but it's the truth. I would never go to anyone else in the salon. I tried once and Noone knew what natural curve to a nail was.im 51 and have been getting my nails done since I was 16 so I know alot. I also expect to leave the salon happy. I can't say this happened the last 18 months I was going to BB Nails. $100.00 to get my nails done and I could have paid $50.00 for the same job (including $20.00 tip). Leaving feeling mediocre at best. I stopped getting my spa pedicure done. It was mostly just rubbing product and soaking my feet. I could do that at home for free. He used to have me text him to schedule appointments however he would not return my correspondence for days. Sometimes he just wouldn't respond at all for rescheduling. All in all it was just the most horrible experience. You can take your chances going here. Maybe they will SWALLOW THEIR PRIDE AND TAKE YOU!!!
