Me and my sister went and got very different experiences hers was great, mine was the opposite! Mine was rushed with steps skipped or rushed through. I got three cuts on my fingers and after only 5 days my gel nail polish lifted up and peeled off! I wrote a message directly to them and never heard back..
Definitely Recommend! All of the nail technicians are very knowledgeable and kind. They always do their best to make sure I am satisfied with the services I receive and always doing their best to work me in! Everyone I have been to does a great job!
You just have to know who is your nail tech! Sue is the best. Always accommodating and provides super service and top quality nail job. She knows how to shape a nail to a customer preference. I personally tried round, square and coffin nail shapes with her. She really NAILED it! Super master! She does acrylics, gel, dip powder and art too. Even when my bestie is visiting from out of town she will accommodate my guests too, of course if time allows.
Had a full set put on and the outcome was terrible. Went back to see if they would fix the nails tips that were not fully attached to my natural nail leaving gaps. They offered to fix the nails but not a correct way leaving a high risk of contracting fungus. Refused refund. Do not go here. Lies and poor service. Had to go to another salon to get a complete new set.
Very rushed and extremely rough service. Not communicated with at all. Left a hangnail.
