They were amazing they were so nice and attentive and took me in even tho they were all booked up and my hair has never looked better I love my new hair cut!!
I came in for a full face wax with a Groupon. I was warmly greeted and had attentive treatment. Laurie was extremely kind and very detailed when it came to my comfort. However, this did not transfer to the actual job done with the face wax. She did spot treatments rather than full strips which took longer and left me with hair that should have been removed. I don't expect EVERY hair to disappear, but someone with PCOS I've had plenty of face waxes to be an expert. Laurie was made aware of my condition and expectations but just fell short. Kind staff but fell short.
