We were passing through during our vacation from Texas into the Pacific Northwest. Before going into Sonoma and then onto Fairfield, we decided a haircut was in order. We chose this location as we are fans of Great Clips. Fortunately there was no waiting and there were two stylist available - Laura and Shelly. They both did a fantastic job. They paid attention to exactly what we were looking for and asked questions/suggestions about all the rest. They had wonderful personalities and we were very happy for making the choice in cutting our hair. Perhaps one would say so what, they did their jobs. Yes, that is true, but both women understood our apprehension with a new stylist and took things slow and were very good at what they do. We appreciate it. I in fact agreed with my partner that I would consider flying them back to Texas w/ us for our next haircut. Great job, ladies!!!

I went here to get my son a Mohawk he's been begging for for months. I thought it would be easier to have it cut by a stylist because they'd do it quickly and the mess wouldn't be at home to cleanup. I thought we were on the same page and I kept saying Mohawk and short on sides long on top. I was confused by the cut and when I got home it occurred to me that maybe she thought I said mullet not Mohawk. It's the only thing I can think of because this isn't what he wanted. The lady was very nice to us and the reservation was easy to make on the app. But in the end I feel very disappointed and like I spent money to get something that is very much NOT what I promised my kid. :(
I was a walk-in on 02JUN2023 at around 1:00pm. I made an appointment for 30 minutes from my arrival, did some grocery shopping and returned just as the beautician was about to text me. I chose the 24.00, no frills haircut. We discussed what I wanted, (a long angle a line cut) which turned out to be what she wanted me to have rather than what I asked for. She sectioned my hair, sprayed each section with a spray bottle of water, and took the first cut. I knew it was too short but hoped for the best. 2 customers , with appointments walked in while she was working on me. It honestly felt like the most chaotic cut I've ever had. She used the blow dryer for about 30 seconds and told me she didn't have time to blow it dry. she wouldn't let me do it myself. She was rude, rattled and unprofessional, my hair is a bunch of different lengths, and I thought she was really careless. I'm not going to mention her name. if this matters to her boss or supervisor you will know by the the date and time. I am super disappointed.
Mysel & my sweetheart have never gotten Abad haircut there. We love the weekend girls! They take their time & how an actual interest in their clients. I will not go anywhere else!
