Danny randomly decided to refuse service for no apparent reason after they had me drive all the way across town & mind you I didn't even have any nails on I simply needed a short natural set on my nails, I do not recommend them!
Looks very nice and clean. Some of the workers are kind but the service is not that great. I came in here on my birthday and asked for ombré stiletto, nails, and a polish change on my feet! I paid for a whole pedicure just so I can get the service. The man that was doing my feet was very rough was cutting my cuticles. He drilled my toenail bed down to where it was very sensitive and sore. The drill kept slipping and filing the skin on my toes because he wasn't paying attention. He kept talking and looking around to everything else but my toes. Then when it's time to do my nails, they tell me that they ran out of the color that I used on my toes so now I have to settle for a different color and the lady doesn't know how to do hombre but instead of her saying that she tries to just make something happen I was very unsatisfied and ask for a discount because it took me four hours to get it done, and the owner was very rude cut me off and really did not care that I was unsatisfied he offered to repaint my nails, but by that time I had to leave, I was already pressed for time I had been there 3 1/2 hours it should not take that long for a full set and a polish change. Nails weren't even ombré!
I walked in on Saturday to get a gel manicure. I was treated immediately by a Vietnamese woman. I was happy with my nails but it's five days later and they're already starting to peel. I've direct messaged the owner on IG to try and get a refund. Gel nails should last two weeks. Not five days.
