I tried to make an appointment around 2pm but Kenzie said 12:45 is only available for Chrissy so I took it. I was there on time but Chrissy wasn't there. I waited 30min and the girl at the front said that Chrissy thought that appointment was 1:30. No apologies so I just left. This is the second time that they messed up. I will never ever going back there again. Zero star !

Moving to a new area and hunting down a new salon is not always easy. I scheduled an appointment after walking down Old Towne and noticing a cute salon near a restaurant we were eating at. On a whim, I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. I was impressed while setting up an appointment on the phone how detailed the staff took note of my hair needs. It is thick, long, and was in need of an update to my balayage. They added extra time to my appointment to accommodate my hair texture and style. Walking into the store for my appointment, I was immediately drawn to the detail and beauty of the entire salon. You could see a little bit of it from the window as you passed by, but it does not compare to walking inside! It was modern, home-y, bright, but kept it's charm for being an older building. My appointment was with Mackenzie. I honestly did not come in with a specific color concept this time around as I normally would. I showed her my ideas and went straight to work. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly to all. The color came out beautifully. I am looking forward to coming back for my next appointment, not only for more beautiful work, but to also raid their shop items (cute headbands, in particular) to take my low maintenance hair preferences up a notch.
Y'all. I just had the best experience! Went in to this new-to-me, highly recommended salon for my first post-pandemic cut. What a fun place! High energy, great interesting decor, super friendly folks. Crissy consulted with me about my cut, and WOW. A phenomenal job, even better than I hoped. I swear she made me look 10 years younger! He likes it too, says he's now got a trophy wife, lol. So glad I have a new "hair home"!
