the man was so rude and cut me while filing them down. absolutely no apology, but instead him telling me i "pissed him off" because i said ow. i will not be returning and i don't recommend this place at all!

Update: reducing my star rating from 5 to 2. Jimmy was very rude over the phone with me. Unfortunately, I won't be going back ... I had a great experience here and was quite surprised to see the negative reviews. My tech was Lynn and she did a great job! I went on a Saturday, and as expected, it was busy. I expected a wait, but I was started on my manicure in less than 5 minutes. Lynn actually took the time to ask how I wanted my nails to look, discuss the condition of my nails, and make recommendations. She did not try to sell me extra services like eyebrows or a pedicure. And (I genuinely do not mean this in a rude way), she spoke English very well and I could understand every word. Yes, as in other reviews, the ambience wasn't there, but I don't really mind as long as the work is good. I decided to stay and have a pedicure and that was the best part. Lynn actually took the time to massage my feet. I mean a real, lengthy massage on each foot with none of that slapping crap I've had at other places. My nails and feet look great and I have absolutely no complaints. I will be returning and recommending them to others

this place is FILTHY DIRTY! The OWNER JIMMY is RUDE and his wife that does eye lashes is HORRIBLE! I got an EYE INFECTION she doesn't know how to apply. She applies the eye lashes to your eye lid with TONS of GLUE that dries ROCK HARD....the TWEEZERS are never CLEANED, she goes from one CLIENT to the next, never wiping down the INSTRUMENTS.

I couldn't find their business on Yelp, and they were so terrible, I went out of my way to ADD this business so people know how terrible they are. -50000 STARS, seriously. This is a little nail shop in the far right corner near the Ollie's on George Washington Highway. DO NOT mistake this place for AT&T nails. The other nail shop was busy and a girlfriend and I just wanted to go to a quick, cheap place for manicures. It's $20 for a full set, which is cool, so I said why not! The inside is decent, I can't say it's disgusting or anything, but I'm not 100% sure they even clean their instruments. We walked in and they were really busy, but accommodating in trying to get us to pick out colors and we didn't wait toooo long to be helped. I had a young lady, and she was okay, a little rough, but she did a good job. I don't know what kind of clientele they're used to, but they treated us like CRAP. The man that was there, who claimed to be half black and half Vietnamese was BY FAR THE WORST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. He was doing my friend's nails and his zipper was undone, he sounded like he was coughing up a lung and I'll tell you why: HE TOOK 2 BREAKS IN BETWEEN DOING HER NAILS TO GO OUTSIDE AND SMOKE A CIGARETTE. Like seriously?!!??! Not only that, he was REALLY rough with her, to the point where she kept saying OUCH! and he did NOTHING about it. I'm pretty passive aggressive, but this man made me speak up. I said to him, "Hey, man, you're handling a woman. Be gentle". NO RESPONSE. Didn't even look at me. Then he kept getting her nail crooked and it got to the point where she took the file FROM him and started fixing it herself. At that point, he attempted to get up for ANOTHER (THE 3RD) smoke break at which point I told him, NO! Don't get up! How can you not have the patience as a nail technician to just sit and do your JOB. He was disgusting, rude, and really rough with her. Twisting her fingers to far to the point where she would complain. Obviously if you're doing something that hurts- STOP! I will NEVER in my entire life even walk CLOSE to this location. I half considered reporting them to the better business bureau. DO NOT GO HERE! I BEG OF YOU! SPEND AN EXTRA COUPLE DOLLARS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, IT'S NOT WORTH IT!
