I can't complain about this place. Stylist Lynn did a great hair color job on my hair, blow dry looked good, I saw she cut for another family's kids and they looked great and were happy too! Lynn is very sweet, fast, efficient, knowledgeable and salon looked clean and welcoming. I'll bring my Mom here, she'd love it too. Definitely recommend! Prices were reasonable and plenty of free parking. Convenient location near UPS, Walmart, Manna donuts etc. and near Fort Worth Alliance Area with its Costco, Target and other stores.
Horrible skill. Not patient to listen to what hairstyle you want, keep telling you you don't understand her. Only five minutes hair cut, charged $18. She rushed to serve other customers. My husband said he can cut my hairs like she did for me at home. Asian ladies dint need to go there to make yourself angry at bad hair cut.
Just moved to the area and desperately needed a new color and trim. Reviewed some Yelp review about this place so thought I check it out. Definitely glad I went as Lynn was great! Listened to what I wanted and brought my hair color back to life! Thanks Starr Salon. I found my stylist!!
Went to have my roots color retouch , hairstylist(Lynn) hurriedly decided to make it "lighter" so it will blend with my highlights, I trusted her expertise, but I was not satisfied coz it's too light and my gray hair still showing , called the hairdresser the next day and asked nicely to have it redo again , instead I get this attitude from the hairstylist, after speaking with her I was not comfortable her touching my hair again and ask again nicely If someone can do it aside from her (her attitude and her "fail" job) made me think twice of getting her fix the problem.. Lynn wasrude and said "no! I'll do it ! But next time I'll not do it free again!!!" Wow!!! I was never treated that way b4 by hairstylist.. she also said she is the manager .. what a way to lose a customer.. smh.
