I heard about this salon from a friend. I called and talked to Kathy to schedule a consultation appointment. She was very knowledgeable and had some ideas for what she thought would be good for me. I was very happy with what she did for me. I received many compliments on how much younger I looked. Thank you Kathy!
Kathy does NOT know how to do extensions. She never did a hair consult before starting so the price just kept going up and up because "we need more hair" Btw 4 bundles is how much it takes for thin hair. Don't let her trick you. If you have medium to thick hair you are going to need a minimum of 5-6 bundles. She assured me that my hair would match the bright red hair that she put in (which it did not) and I was left with completely mismatched hair on my 21st birthday the day after. She does not know how to cut them in leaving you with a blunt cut over long ass extensions. It looks like I stole someone's hair and put it on my head. Now I am asking for my money back or for her to correct her mistakes after spending $1030 for this and she's refusing to do anything because "she tried her best to please me" and i'm "rude" for demanding my money back. This is horrible business practice, and for someone who has also gone to cosmetology school, a fucking disgrace. (I posted below what I wanted VS what got)

I just recently had my hair hi-lighted by Cathy -she did a fabulous job. I highly recommend her. I had been looking for someone since moving to this area shortly before COVID. Cathy listens to what you want & makes it happen. I'm very pleased & happy with results.
