Best Hair stylist in Bloomington! Hands down. Wonderful cuts and color! With no doubt the best I ever been to. Susan is a wonderful person inside and out. With all her experience traveling all over the world, she knows her stuff. Would definitely recommend calling her and making an appointment!

I would definitely not recommend this studio to anyone. My friends and I are college students, so obviously the groupon caught our attention. We called and asked her about it since it was for a baylayage, which is what my friends wanted done. She said she doesn't have a groupon for a baylayage but she is willing to do them for $60 each. We agreed and set an appointment for Sunday, she stated that she would come in for us. We get inside and we arrived on time, 1:00 pm, and there is already someone else getting their hair done. I thought it would only take a few minutes, but she was still working on her for about 30 minutes. She then finally started working on my friends and asked what both of them wanted done. They both said they wanted a baylayage and even described in detail and showed photos of what they wanted done. They both naturally have dirty blonde hair and just kinda wanted to add some color to it, but both specifically stated that they did not want their roots done. She disagreed with them (which she should NOT have done) and told them she was going to foil their hair. They agreed because they assumed it would still turn out a similar way. This appointment was supposed to last maybe two to three hours, we sat there for SIX HOURS!!! I was astounded. She also kept repeating that they were her last clients so she would take her time. To fast forward, they both did not like the hair because she did the exact opposite of what they wanted, she dyed ALL of their hair blonde (no where near a baylayage). This was frustrating so they asked for their roots to be touched up and she did so for one of my two friends. When my other friend asked for the same thing she said "Well I don't know what to tell you. I have another client coming. You can give me a call another time." after she had said NUMEROUS times that they were her last clients of the day. She ended up not redoing her hair and it left her in tears. Why is she okay with having unhappy customers? Neither of them like the outcomes, one has gray, orange, blonde, and brown hair now while the other has all blonde which neither of them asked for. I suggest finding another salon that actually listens to what their clients ask and knows how to clean up in their studio.

Susan went above and beyond to schedule a time both my daughter and myself could get a color, cut, and style together. She's very personable and professional with many years of knowledge and experience. I purchased a deal through Groupon and it was well worth it ! We both love the job she did giving us the exact color and style we wanted. This was our first visit, but it won't be our last. Thanks again Susan. Highly Recommend !!

Susan did an amazing job! I used a Groupon deal and am so happy that I did! I definitely found my new stylist- she takes the time to make sure that you are happy with your hair and guarantees her work. My hair looks and feels great! I've already received a couple compliments today and recommended her to both!

My first appt. was great, beautiful cut and color, went down hill from there, the next was ok. Tried to go back, very difficult to get in, her personal life is first, which is fine. Color didn't last, the price higher than the previous visit, I'm upset, really thought I'd found a gem. Oh well.....off to the next.... I only saw the owner Susan, and it became very,VERY clear she did not want me as a client.
