Let me start out by saying I have virgin hair!! Almost 30 years old and I have never dyed it! My gf has been coming to Stray for almost 10 years and her hair always looks amazing! So I knew this was the place for me to come too to finally take the plunge and dye it. Janeen took the best care of me and she knew exactly what I wanted. I am so happy with the way it turned out! The color and cut is perfection! I can't wait to come back! Booking was so simple to do online as well. Lots of stylist available for all kinds of services too
I get a text from the stylist at 8am canceling my reservation the same day ....yet they have a 20% cancellation policy. What do you owe me?!!??! Lol . There are 1 million upscale salons in Scottsdale. You will not make it canceling appointments via texts at 8 AM.
So, I've been to this salon recently a few times now. About a year ago I had a really bad experience at another salon and have been dealing with lots of breakage due to over processing. I've recently had my hair dyed, had extensions put in as well as get a haircut by Silver. He is so attentive and pays attention to details. I love the color of my hair and my haircut is on point. I am fully confident that Silver will help get my hair back to a healthy state again!
This is my happy place! Everyone in the salon is so nice. I've been going to Georgie since I moved to Arizona a few years ago and as a blonde that has a hard time finding someone she trusts to color and cut her hair...she's the BEST! She has always listened to me and I always leave loving my hair! They also have a cute boutique inside the salon to walk through while your hair is processing :) why not knock out two things at once! Also- there is usually a cute doggo in the salon named Willie. I look forward to getting my hair done even more to snuggle him!
I tried a new salon and a new stylist and wow did I get lucky! Allie is fantastic! I have complicated hair and Allie listened to me and then absolutely nailed the color. It was perfect and I was so happy. I highly recommend Allie. The salon is beautiful and the entire staff was friendly and very welcoming.
