Over priced. Scheduling is not easy since color specialists are different than the people who cut. A third will wash you. And a fourth will blow out and style. If you don't pay for your hair to be styled, you are on your own after the shampoo. I mean you unwrap your wet hair and walk out with unbrushed and dripping wet hair. Despite conversations and pictures it seems they just do whatever they want to.
Shampoo, cut, style. Angela is the best! Going to Scottsdale while Glendale is being remodeled.
Bree and Ozzy transformed me in a matter of hours. I feel rejuvenated and confident after years of color changes. Both of them consulted with me and each other and it felt like a super team. I wish I had a picture of my husbands face when he saw me walk in the door. I'm over the moon. Healthy, shiny bouncy blonde hair. I highly recommend this salon. Shout out to the reception desk, they're amazing; communicative, helpful, and so friendly. Do yourself a favor and listen to the product recommendations, they DO make a difference. Cheers to Rolf's! Eight months pregnant trying to hold onto a little dignity, I went for a haircut. The hairdresser blatantly lied to me saying she would only cut the split ends and clean up the cut. She cut 7 inches off of my hair. Seven inches. This put it above my shoulders. Her cold response to my tears was that 'it was a better look for me'. She and the rest of Rolf's staff are allowed to disregard the client's wishes and make their own decisions. That's a gross business model dressed up in glamorous marketing and prices.
