The guy was nice, but was very rough. I had dip on from a couple months ago and it was pretty stuck to my nail. he started using an acrylic nail tip to scrape the nail off underneath. it hurt so bad!! i kept saying ouch, and he didn't stop!
Failed to paint my whole nail. The top coat also failed to cover my whole nail so you saw what had been painted with the glossy coat and what had been missed. They messed up and did not put even layers on the nail. Very patchy. Overall poor experience.
If it was an option to give them no stars I would, my lady was switching in between costumers the whole time. Rushed when she got to me my nails and smuged, not the color I wanted and look nothing like the picture. When I said I did not like them she just kept going. Then proceeded to charge me 50.00 I told her I was not paying that much because they were not what I wanted. She said she would redo them but for another charge. I asked to speak to the manger and she did not do anything about it either. I am very dissatisfied.
Went with my sister. The guy that did my nails seemed nice at first. I showed him a spot on my finger and asked him to be careful as I work in healthcare and wash my hands a lot so that spot was very dry. He asked if I had gotten the covid vaccine since I work in healthcare. I said no. He said "why? You do not care?" I said that wasn't it at all and that I just choose not to. He didn't say another word to me and started being very rough with my hands and fingers and just kind of throwing my hands around. He rushed to finish. One nail is crooked and another one has a chunk of acrylic missing. I will not be going back.
