I love this place, I've been going here for years. They always handle my requests professionally and very well. Always use new instruments and are really professional and polite.

I just left here and immediately had to run and write this review. I am shedding tears over my nails.... Never in my life have I paid $55 for dip!!!!! I had to soak off my old dip in small dirty acetone cups. I am used to at least a medium sized bowl that I can stick all 10 fingers in but they could have at least gave me a sanitized bowl.. She even pulled out a dirty medicine cup to put one fingernail in. I am leaving with a ton of sticky dip residue all over my fingers. The shape is not right my cuticles are flooded. Every time I asked her to fix something, they talked bad about me. Just because I can't speak your language does not mean I am stupid!!! I just cannot believe my experience.... I went back in after paying to verify the amount, and she did say that was correct. After everything and her realizing that I am not happy, why did I not receive at least half of my money back? Instead, I get to cry my way home about wasted money. I came for the support of a friend. I didn't necessarily have the money to blow on bad service. Listen to the reviews and don't come here....

This should be a negative 100 score if that were possible. The most PAINFUL experience getting my nails done ever. I made the mistake of going here without looking at reviews. I arrived for a fill. I was told I needed an entire new set. It took literally one hour for the lady to take the previous acrylic off. And I had to rip my hand back and screeched OUCH! involuntarily multiple times, which I have never done when getting nails done before. I've never had pain during a manicure before. The lady said multiple times "you're sensitive". I'm not the problem lady, YOU ARE! Which is obviously evidenced by the other reviews on here saying how painful it was and that they bled. I also had bleeding multiple times. This whole process took 2 hours, which it should not have! This place is also right next to kickboxing and you can hear everything single kick those people make through the wall. Overall barbaric and miserable experience. I never write reviews but this was such a horrific experience I want to spread the word not to go here. This place should not be in business.

i came here on a friend's recommendation and did not enjoy myself. all my fingers were bleeding at some point during this regrettable visit. getting your nails done isn't suppose to be THAT painful, if at all.

I can't believe all of the negative reviews but it sounds like it's usually the wait that is the problem. I always call ahead and make an appointment. This salon is the best place I have ever been to for a mani/pedi. The spa pedicures are in a league of their own and my nails always look perfect when I leave. My gel nails last for weeks. The staff is not very talkative but they are polite.
