We are very unsatisfied with our service we did not get what we asked for my daughter wanted glow in the dark nails and they gave her regular nail polish which isn't what she asked or what I paid for. The only thing that met our expectations was my full set minus the color
Love this place! It's the best place I've found in the Hampton Roads area. They are well priced and last about 3 weeks and the quality is unmatched. Definitely check them out!
I love my mani pedi! They were very nice and accommodating! I had an appointment so I was able to go right in they helped me right away.
Never coming her again. I explained I wanted the special pedicure shown in the picture listed which has a price for $35. Toward the end, the guy basically gave me a $27 basic pedicure and I had to remind him what I asked for. He then explained that the special pedicure is the basic manicure with the scent and that the one listed is a different pedicure that costs more even though as you can see it has one price listed. I explained I wasn't comfortable paying that because not only did I not get the jelly pedicure listed on the other side for $35. I also didn't get the service I asked for. So when it was time for me to pay, their receipt machine suddenly goes out. Didn't see they charged me $65 for the pedicure and gel manicure my daughter until I got home. My daughter also got a gel manicure which ended up with her bleeding because the manicurist wasn't being careful and also had paint on her fingers.
I reviewed this salon after my first visit a few years ago and since then I have become somewhat of a regular during sandal season. I have been very happy with the services I receive, which has included pedicures and toe nail polish, facial waxing, and nail repair. Annie is a nail care expert and so friendly, as are all the staff in the shop. The prices are very reasonable and the choices of nail polish colors and brands is huge! The salon is very clean and the equipment is in good order, very comfortable and relaxing. The clientele is very diverse, all ethnicities, ages and men, women and even younger kids. The hours are very good and they are always able to work with my schedule. They seem to really value my business and I value their expertise in providing me with top notch services.
