Nails VA in Yorktown, VA

I've been working really hard to grow up my natural nails. I have an awful habit of picking at them! This location is easily accessible, with plenty of parking and kind staff. The pedicures are unmatched. The massage is so incredible, and the smell from the lotions they use is YUM. I get the chocolate scented pedicure, which might seem odd, but it's the best! I also really appreciate that the gel polish is not insanely chunky! It's so natural looking. I'll be back again and again.

They are always extremely attentive and do their best to make sure their costumers leave happy! Great prices and friendly people.

Visited here after my usual nail salon couldn't reschedule my appointment to when I needed it. Didn't really have any expectations going in. The lady who did my nails was super nice and was able to cut and shape my nails they way I wanted. They appear to be fairly even in length and shape. I did not feel rushed nor did I have to wait past my appointment time. As far as pricing, they are $10 cheaper than what I pay at my regular nail place. They're also under new ownership and have a rewards program where you pay for 10 services and get $10 off next service. I thought that was nice. Will be back to try a pedicure (price ranges from $35, $45, or $55).

I went in for a dip powder set. The only thing i was impressed with was the color options which there were many of. The technician did not touch my cuticles at all, like no trimming or anything. After i told her what length and shape i wanted and she'd filed down my natural nails, i noticed that they were far from even in length and shape. I asked her to fix what i noticed the most (my thumbs) and thought she might shape the rest up more with the process. I was wrong. She rushed through my appointment and the end result was a set that is mostly crooked, misshaped and of uneven length. The polished part where my nail bed borders is all the way down on some nails and not on the others. I also wish they maintained better cleanliness in their shop. Overall, my nails don't look bad from a distance but as someone who gets their nails done regularly, I'm less than impressed. I will not be returning.

Went for my first time today. I got a mani/pedi and wasn't very impressed. My nails are not all equal lengths, I felt like the nail tech I had was rushing and she wasn't paying much attention to me while doing my nails. Wasn't very friendly and I didn't feel like they were very clean either. Will not be going back here. Update: 1 day later and I have an infection in one of my fingers.
