I've been going here for about 2 years now, & while they may not be the most professional all of the time, their work is always pretty flawless. I never have been disappointed.  They are very sanitary, & friendly for the most part. I recommend Lisa as a nail tech. I always get her, because she always knows I'm there for my gel mani & pedi. She also knows I have health problems,& is always careful with my feet ( I'm Diabetic).

Spent almost 2 hours just to get my eyebrows waxed and my mother got a pedicure that was rushed (did her feet in like 7 minutes ‍) now her foot still crusty and sharp at the bottom . Eyebrows turned out nice but the lady who did them told another customer that her that she didn't mess up on her feet her toe skin was dirty and repeated out loud lol  maybe if they had more staff our experience would've been different

I used to love this place but the professionalism is nonexistent. There is one nail tech today, on a Saturday morning - The rude one. There is no sanitation process whatsoever. Covid 19 does still exist and nothing is being wiped down or sterilized at the nail stations after each person finishes. I've been waiting over an hour for a fill. Yes, I bring Lysol but my goodness! Everyone that attempts to leave is told they're next. You can literally walk in and get a pedicure but there is a line for nails. I guess I'm avoiding the germs today by leaving.

It's so sad to say, but today I went to this Nail Spa, (like I always do when I come in town from Houston Texas) and Cindy, the lady that always does my nails was out at the Hospital, well they refused to do my nails because I was (quote) "Cindy's Customer". REALLY!  Isn't this a business!!??  Yes I normally go to Cindy, but I have sat at Danny's chair and Amanda has done my sisters nails as well.  Isn't the money going towards the BUSINESS???  What type of crap is that!  Amanda really has a NASTY NASTY disposition and her face expressions are horrible.  I will Never Ever go back to this Nail Spa again. Every time I did visit in the past, I Always spent at least $80.00 to $120.00 because I get my nails, toes, eyes, my sisters eyes, nails and toes, as well as my niece nails done.  But to be turned away in such a manner was just unprofessional.  Piss on you and your business!

After patronizing this Nail Spa for at least 6 to 8 month. It really sadden me to have to post a very negative review. And I probably won't have posted a review at all if the pregnant women, had not been totally rude and disrespectful. I want to paint the picture a vived as possible in your mind. First of all I reside in Ofallon Mo. which it at least 20 to 30 miles from my home. And at this time I'm without my own person transportion. So I have to pay for transportion. So on July 3,2018 I go to got my nails done at St. Louis Nail Spa on Chambers Road and West Florissant. I was pretty crowed so I waited a hour and fifteen minutes to be serviced and Danny was my nail tech. I opted for the powder gel with coffin tip. And the powder was an ombré effect red, orange and yellow sunset colors. Beautiful right! And he place a small rhinestone to make the nail even more  extravagant. Well on the the 7th off July 2018 the nail start to pop off as if the was the temporary press on nails. So when the first one pop off I went to the store and bought nail glue to replace it. After all it to far to go to get one nail done. So Sunday and everyday forward they was popping off. So of course I contacted them with my problem and I spoke with the young lady that speaks the best English with purple tip on her hair. I explain my problem and concerns and she told me closed at 7pm that day so it was to late for me to come and they are Closed on Mondays. So I told her my name and to please make note that I will becoming in to get the redone on their expense due to fact I had had them on 72 hours. She agreed.
So today I call before my ride come to let them know that at this point 7 yes 7 nails has pop off and I will bring them with me to show them, that none was broken or damage on my behalf.
So I arrive and they all are working on clients so I sign in a have a seat.  After a few minutes I was told to have a seat at table three. So she ask me what did I want? So I begin to explain to her the situation, she says if it was one we would fix it. But we not fixing all 7, and stated that I took the nails off myself.
I said excuse me first of all I paid 60.00 for my nails and I live just about a hour away one way. Why I'm the world would I do something as  Ludacris as to take my nails off. I stated why are you talking to me like I'm crazy and that I don't wear nails everyday of my life since I was 15.
She goes on to tell me that she don't like me and that they don't need my money are anybody like me money.
I ask her what was she trying to imply and to tell me that you don't want me to come back to a  facility that has done poor workmanship, you have some  nerves. So they did redo my nails, but not with the compassion or consideration as they did when I came in on the third of July. I will never patronize this this establishment again.
And for the pregnant women to say to me we don't want you people business and don't come back like as if I did something wrong to them. Several of the customers walked out and the lady next to me said she won't be coming back. Once Danny finish my nails he got up and walk to backroom, he didn't say I'm finish place oil on my cuticles, say wash your hands nothing. When I ask if he was coming back the nice young lady with purple tip on end of her hair, placed oil and I wash my hands and I  originally had small rhinestone on my nails when I ask about if Danny told me it would be ten dollars. But they was on the nails that pop of like press on nails. If you want  Quality work and respect I strongly suggest any place other than St. Louis Nail Spa on Chambers Road @ West Florissant.
