Made an appointment for 12pm for nails and pedicure. Arrived 5 minutes in advance. Walked out at 3:15pm. Shop is completely disorganized and poorly managed. I witnessed walk-ins take priority over appointments. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, there was no apology. In fact, there was only apathy and lack of remorse.
It's so unfortunate because I recently relocated from California and purchased a home in the CWE. I love supporting local small businesses and was excited to discover this shop with the hopes of becoming a regular. However, due to poor customer experience, I will not be returning and I would not recommend this spa to anyone.
